Medical Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Medical Assistant to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and a team player. You must be able to multi-task, work efficiently under pressure, problem-solve, and use good judgment in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses with patient care within defined scope of practice.
• Escort patients to exam/procedure rooms and prepare them for examinations.
• Perform phlebotomy.
• Clean and maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and medical equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of procedures.
• Manage supply inventory and ordering.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Provide professional, compassionate support to all patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• CPR Certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (Women’s Health preferred).
• Willingness to travel between Santa Monica and Encino offices.
• Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with CDC, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
