Sign Builder - TrimCap

Description

Position Summary:

Trim Cappers glue metal trim, edging, and/or retainers to plastic sign faces of fabricated letters and shapes.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, written procedures, and verbal instructions.
• Strong math skills and basic hand/eye coordination
• Follow instructions given and adhere to proven process
• Great communication and attention to detail while working efficiently
• Form, notch and adhere trim cap pieces to face material
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work at a fast pace while adhering to quality standards. 

Requirements

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED.
• Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional      drawings.
• Ability to safely operate power and small hand tools.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand and walk in approximately a 200 ft. radius for 8-10      hours/day.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50-80 lbs. 
• Ability to maintain correct postures while reaching, bending,      crouching, kneeling, and twisting.
• Ability to reach horizontally across a work      surface beyond 12” from the body up to full body extension.
