SHIFT LEAD – WENDY’S RESTAURANT  $16 - $18/Hour DOE + Benefits

A minimum of 2 years of food service experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DESIRED TRAITS:

• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Train, coach and schedule Team Members
• Ensure food, equipment, and restaurant space meet food safety and quality standards
• Ensure Team Members uphold standards in kitchen and service zones
