Douglas Aquatics - Construction Crew Leader (Richmond, VA)

Lead member of a 3 to 6-person field crew. Lead and direct the construction of in-ground swimming pools.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

· Read construction blueprints

· Layout design and excavate

· Inventory, verify received materials against shipping list

· Train, guide, monitor performance of crew members

· Work for periods of time unsupervised

· Utilize carpentry and plumbing skills

· Tie steel

· Safely operate track loader and excavator, hand and power tools

· Maintain clean and safe job site

· Maintain company and individual tools

· Comply with safety rules and standards

· Shotcrete experience preferred

· Valid driver’s license is mandatory

· Clean driving record is desired

· Must have dependable transportation

· Provide and wear steel-toed boots

· Be capable of passing basic tests

· Experienced Swimming Pool builder- Gunite & Vinyl
