Do you enjoy helping people? We are seeking qualified customer-oriented candidates to join our team of Recovery Specialists. The Recovery Team is responsible for helping to facilitate the successful release and transfer of total-loss, damaged and low-value vehicles from individuals, storage facilities, and insurance adjustors. This role utilizes modern technology to collect member information, communicate details to arrange vehicle recovery, and complete basic data entry.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent computer/typing skills with high accuracy
- Ability to multitask and use multiple screens/databases with ease
- Team-oriented and results driven with effective time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- High School Diploma or equivalent
