The Continuing Education Department at Atlanta Technical College is currently seeking a part-time instructor that has the ability to conduct a comprehensive training course comprised of classroom lecture as well as hands-on training on industrial forklifts in accordance with OSHA compliance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma / GED Equivalent is required.
Three (3) years minimum experience as a Forklift Operator, Instructor and Trainer. OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 course completion preferred. The applicant must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and have strong presentation skills.
Job Location: Atlanta: Technical College Supply Chain & Logistics Center, 5950 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, Atlanta, Georgia 30336 and off-site customer locations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in Safety, Occupational Health or related field.
WORK SCHEDULE: Must be able to work Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays.
