Settlement Attorney

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Los Angeles, CA area for an individual with 1+ years’ experience as a Settlement Attorney with a background in Employment Class Action and PAGA Settlements. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Familiarity with Complex Settlement Negotiations and Administration Processes is PREFERRED

·        Prior experience in Employment Class Action litigation, including PAGA, Wage/Hour, and FEHA matters is PREFERRED

• Finalize MOUs and convert into Long-Form Settlement Agreements is PREFERRED

• Draft Motions for Preliminary and Final Approval and supporting declarations is PREFERRED

• Coordinate with Clients and Third-Party Settlement Administrators is PREFERRED

• Assist with Settlement Administration Reports and related documentation is PREFERRED

• Licensed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar Required.
