Here’s what we are looking for with this role: **Essential Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Master’s preferred) with 5–8 years of experience in testing, test automation, and technical leadership + Proven ability to qualify features in complex, distributed systems. + Strong expertise in Python scripting across multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows) + Understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools or frameworks to enhance developer experience, automate workflows, and drive innovation + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills **Desirable Requirements** + Experience qualifying products and solutions in the storage domain + Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (C++, Java) and experience developing REST API-based interfaces **Compensation:** Dell is committed to Fair and Equitable compensation practices.
