Final Packaging Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Final Packaging Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor to oversee our end-of-line packaging, warehousing, and shipping operations. This role ensures all daily production and shipping goals are met, that SSOPs/SOPs are followed, and that all finished goods meet quality standards for customer delivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can manage people, streamline workflows, track performance data, and collaborate with management to reduce waste and improve efficiency across the supply chain.

• Supervise final packaging, staging, warehousing, and outbound shipping processes to meet daily production and customer delivery targets.

• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).

• Oversee and maintain accurate tracking of inventory, packaging yields, shipping documentation, and production data.

• Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Manage, coach, and train warehouse and packaging team members; provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.

• Monitor quality of packaged products to ensure they meet internal and customer-specific standards.

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce packaging/material waste.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents, BOLs, and labeling.

• Participate in audits, inventory counts, and process reviews as needed.

• Required 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, packaging, or shipping operations within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, quality control, inventory management, and shipping logistics.

• Experience working with SSOPs/SOPs and production data tracking systems.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.

• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
