Summary: The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within a bakery manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain accurate inventory records for ingredients, packaging materials, and finished bakery products
• Track inventory movements including receipts, transfers, usage, and shipments
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for perishable ingredients and finished goods
• Monitor inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize waste

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Working Conditions

• Bakery manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Exposure to temperature variations, noise, and food production areas

Compensation: $20 – $21 per hour (depending on experience)
