We are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee multiple quick-service restaurant locations in the Michigan City, IN area. This role is ideal for a proven multi-unit leader who thrives in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment and is ready to make a strong operational impact.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for multiple QSR locations
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
• Drive performance across labor, food safety, service, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and food safety guidelines
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to improve operational results
• Support hiring, training, succession planning, and leadership development
• Travel locally between locations as needed

Requirements (Must Have):

• Previous McDonald’s experience is required (franchise or corporate)
• Experience as an Area Supervisor, Area Manager, District Manager, or Multi-Unit General Manager
• Strong understanding of QSR systems, metrics, and operational standards
• Proven ability to lead and develop multi-unit teams
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Candidates without prior McDonald’s experience will not be considered.
