Company Overview
Tri-State Computer Solutions LLC is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider serving the tri-state area with a full suite of IT services—ranging from helpdesk and cybersecurity to cloud and network infrastructure. We are seeking an organized, detail-driven Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly, support our tech teams, and serve as the central hub for both staff and client coordination.
Position Summary
The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate schedules, support HR and finance tasks, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a productive, professional office environment. This role requires a tech-friendly, resourceful individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
· • Manage office administrative functions, including supply management, scheduling, and office equipment
· • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and client inquiries
· • Support onboarding and offboarding of staff (coordinate equipment, badges, training schedules)
· • Assist accounting with invoicing, billing reconciliation, and client contracts
· • Maintain records for client service agreements, NDAs, and compliance documentation
· • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events
· • Oversee vendor relationships (ISPs, cleaning services, security, etc.)
· • Ensure the office is clean, secure, and stocked with necessary materials
· • Support executives with calendar management and project follow-ups
· • Collaborate with the service team for ticket escalations or client communication when needed
Qualifications
· • 3+ years of office or operations management experience (MSP or tech firm preferred)
· • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and basic use of PSA systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar)
· • Familiarity with IT terminology, ticketing workflows, or managed services a plus
· • Excellent verbal and written communication
· • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· • Experience handling basic HR, accounting, or compliance tasks is a bonus
