Production Operator

Experienced Production Operator – Day & Night Shifts (Temp to Hire, Weekly Overtime!)
Location: Louisburg, NC

Pay: $16.50/hour (Day Shift) | $18.15/hour (Night Shift)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, adjust, and monitor production machinery to maintain consistent output and quality
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections on materials and finished products
• Maintain production logs and follow work orders precisely
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team in a non-climate-controlled environment

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Machine Operator, Production Technician, or in a Manufacturing environment
• Warehouse experience required
• Proven reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, lift, and move for 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable working in hot and cold conditions
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
