Accounts Payable/Receivable

 

Dalkia US is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable/Receivable professional to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices and customer payments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and address payment issues.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and audits.
• Support the finance team with other administrative and clerical duties as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or finance education is a plus.
