About the Role

As a Runner, you play a vital role in maintaining speed, accuracy, and energy in a high-volume luxury dining environment. You support waiters by ensuring dishes leave the kitchen quickly, correctly, and beautifully.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes and beverages with speed and care to Waiter A' and B'.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of service stations.
• Assist in setting and resetting tables.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced F&B settings.
• Strong coordination and team spirit.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for service.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
