Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology\nExperience: 1 year\nLicenses: RAD-TX(Copy needed)\nCertifications: CERT-ARRT- R(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)\nSSN Required\nDOB Required\nWork History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year\n\nHEALTHTRUST (HCA) – NO DOCS NEEDED AT SUBMISSION. SSN + DOB. AMIE PROFILE MUST INCLUDE CURRENT LICENSE(S) AND CERT(S) WITH VALID EXPIRATION DATES. RTO DATES MUST BE INCLUDED. 50 MILE RADIUS RULE PER DRIVER’S LICENSE ADDRESS.
