About the Role:
Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Service Technician and earn up to $100k per year! We are looking for skilled technicians who are passionate about providing exceptional service and solving appliance issues for our valued customers in Toledo, OH. You must have 3-5 years of in field experience working on major appliances.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair major home appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and answering questions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service calls.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance repair or related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with various appliance brands and models.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling is a plus.
