Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Range: $20.00 $21.50 per hour DOE

About the Role

Were looking for a Warehouse Receiving Manager to take charge of our inbound operations. Youll oversee the receiving team, ensure shipments are processed accurately, and keep our warehouse running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, efficient teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the receiving team to ensure timely, accurate processing of incoming goods
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Maintain and update inventory records in warehouse management systems
• Oversee proper handling, storage, and labeling of products
• Partner with other departments to streamline warehouse operations
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members for peak performance
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bilingual (English/ Spanish) PLUS but not required
• Previous Lead/ Manger experience strongly desired
