Setting: Community Health Partnership (Outpatient + Procedural ENT)

Integrated care model with strong primary care coordination
You will provide comprehensive ENT services, including:
✔️ Diagnosis and management of ear, nose, and throat conditions
✔️ Performing ENT procedures and surgeries (as applicable)
✔️ Treating conditions such as sinus disorders, hearing issues, and throat diseases
✔️ Coordinating care with primary care and specialty providers
✔️ Providing patient education and long-term treatment planning
⚕️ Pediatric and adult patients with ENT conditions
Rural and underserved community population
Mix of medical and surgical ENT cases
✔️ MD or DO in Otolaryngology (ENT)
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT
✔️ Active or eligible Oregon medical license
✔️ Strong clinical and procedural ENT skills
✔️ Commitment to community-based healthcare delivery
Compensation: Open to discussion
