Physician Neurology - Competitive Salary

Overview

Protean Med is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist for a full-time, primarily outpatient opportunity in Vincennes, Indiana. This is a physician-friendly environment with a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a team that makes it easy to focus on what matters — patient care.

Visa sponsorship available.

Schedule Monday – Friday | 36 hours clinical + 4 hours admin Limited inpatient consults only (5–10/week) No major call burden

Practice Details

• Primarily outpatient neurology — headaches, seizures, stroke, dementia, and more
• Newly renovated neurology clinic with modern equipment
• Full-service sleep disorder center with option to incorporate sleep medicine
• Brand new Cadwell Sierra Summit EMG/NCV with NMUSI ultrasound
• Portable EEG equipment for inpatient testing
• Procedures: EEG, BAER, EMG, NCV interpretation, SSEP, VEP, TCD
• Supportive APPs and operational staff
• Optional teaching opportunity with local residency program
• Dedicated Physician Liaison for practice growth and community outreach

Candidate Requirements

• ✅ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• ✅ Eligible for Indiana medical license
• ✅ Strong interest in outpatient neurology
• ✅ Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• ✅ Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits

• ✅ Guaranteed base salary up to 3 years + wRVU bonus
• ✅ $60,000 sign-on bonus
• ✅ Early signing stipend + loan repayment options
• ✅ Paid relocation up to $10,000
• ✅ 31 PTO days + 5 CME days + $5,000 CME allowance
• ✅ Full benefits: health, 401a/403b retirement, malpractice with tail
