Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for an Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, an excellent work ethic, and a strong analytical foundation. This company offers flexibility, a great work/life balance, and a brand-new office to work in. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position is $80k - $110k.
The Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for various valuation and reporting purposes.
- Research industry, market, and regulatory information to support analyses.
- Prepare clear reports summarizing methodologies, assumptions, and findings.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders professionally.
- Assist in due diligence and information gathering processes.
- Review and analyze financial statements and related documentation.
- Support colleagues on valuation and appraisal projects.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
The Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Member of the American Society of Appraisers or completion of ASA courses is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient at financial modeling with advanced Excel skills.
- Willing to occasionally travel as needed, and obtain a passport.
