Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $280,000 – $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity

What You’ll Do:

• Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults and perform office-based procedures
• Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
• Maintain surgical volume with access to state-of-the-art operating rooms
• Support a birth center offering VBACs, water births, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services
• Provide physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including deliveries
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, and staff

What You Need:

• Medical license in Vermont; Board Certified/Eligible OB/GYN physician
• Experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to evidence-based women's health care
