Schedule & Call
  • Call Type: Beeper Call
  • Call Response Time: 20–30 minutes
Licensure & Credentialing
  • License:
  • California License – Required (willing to obtain accepted)
  • CA Fluoro Certification – Required or in progress
  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) – RequiredTraining Requirements
    • Fellowship: Female Urology – Required
    Certifications
    • ACLS – Required
    Practice Details
    • EMR: Epic
