Title: Insurance Defense Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance defense matters from case inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
\n
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations while managing an independent caseload.
\n
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and legal teams to develop case strategy and deliver timely, effective legal solutions.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• 2–10 years of insurance defense litigation experience with strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures.
\n
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills with the ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment.
\n

Salary and Other Compensation:

\n
• The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$250,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
