Seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine Physician with optional OB to join our primary care team in just outside of Fort Wayne.

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Obstetrics is available
• Hospital employed position

• In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care

• Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
• No ER call
