Primary Care Physician (FM/IM)
Location: 1 Hour from Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: Long-term Contract or Permanent

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• No nights, weekends, or call

Position Details:

• Outpatient-only primary care

• Patient census: 12–15 patients per day

• Scope includes preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and wellness exams

• Credentialing timeline: 4–6 weeks

Requirements:

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Any state medical license accepted

• Must have BLS and ACLS

• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders

• Must meet all facility credentialing standards
