Job Description
We are seeking a Gynecologic Oncology Physician for an exciting permanent opportunity in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role offers the chance to join a high-volume, collaborative oncology program with strong referral networks and advanced surgical technology.

Salary: $495,000 – $550,000 annually + potential quality/productivity bonuses
Patient Volume: 15–22 patients per day
Patient Population: Adult
Practice Type: Primarily outpatient
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeline: ~90 days

Dedicated Nurse Navigator for Gynecologic Oncology
On-site specialized Radiation Oncologists and Pathologists
Access to advanced surgical technology including da Vinci XI robotic system
On-site infusion services and multidisciplinary cancer care
Collaborative physician-led medical group with hundreds of providers
Access to tumor boards, research opportunities, and clinical trials
Providers also have the option to teach medical students and participate in academic discussions and research initiatives.
⚕️ Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive Gynecologic Oncology care
Evaluate and treat patients with gynecologic malignancies
Perform advanced surgical procedures
Participate in multidisciplinary cancer care discussions
Collaborate with oncology specialists and support teams
Contribute to research initiatives and clinical trials if interested
Shared call 1:2
Weekend call only while on rotation
Minimal call-backs as hospitalists manage admissions
Competitive base salary $495K – $550K
