• Robotic surgery interest (highly preferred)

• Guaranteed base salary

• Up to $100,000 starting/sign-on bonus, OR loan forgiveness, OR a 50/50 split between the two

• Annual $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days

• 216 hours of PTO annually (27 days), with 40 hours of rollover allowed
