CADD/BIM Technician

Description:

Barton Associates is looking to hire a BIM/CADD Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers to perform a wide variety of drafting and modeling duties that utilize Computer-Aided Design/Drafting (CADD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software in developing mechanical and electrical system designs.
• Additional duties as assigned to support the design team and project manager.

Requirements:

• Registered in a two-year degree or certification from a trade school or technical school preferred or equivalent years of experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing drafting.
• Solid understanding of math and science as well as understanding of their technical specialty.
• Working toward AutoCAD certification and/or BIM/REVIT certification.
• Intermediate level working with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
