Parts and Service Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Order and coordinate parts for emergency vehicle repairs
• Prioritize urgent service needs to support shop productivity
• Source parts for service, inventory, and customer orders
• Receive, stock, and cycle count inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Support technicians and service teams with timely parts support
• Assist with pricing, purchasing, and inventory control

What You Bring

• 1+ year parts or service experience (or 3 years in a related industry)
• Experience in a shop, fleet, or service environment preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment

ADA Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.
• Occasional repetitive motion and grasping
• Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.
• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently.
• Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts

Compensation: $20-30/hr
