RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

Expert Water Removal is now hiring Restoration Technicians to provide outstanding service in times of need to customers who have experienced floods, burst pipes or water leaks affecting their property.

Responsibilities:

• Daily response to water damaged properties both during and after business hours
• Mechanical aptitude including Water extraction and Carpet cleaning equipment capability.
• Careful demolition of affected areas only
• Previous experience in repair and maintenance fields or Construction industry is an asset
• Utilize the equipment to dry the structure successfully to industry standards.
• Document all progress in job management software.
• The position is fast paced and requires flexibility of assignments and work hours.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Background check and Drug screen.
• Excellent Customer Service experience in helping people.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to be on an ON-CALL rotation.
• Desire to improve processes and grow with company.
