Adobe Apps Product Manager - Now Hiring

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Adobe Apps Product Manager
 
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days on site in a week in Addison, TX & Charlotte, NC
 
As an Adobe Apps Product Manager, you will:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Understand and represent the needs and requirements of the customers
• Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Drive new products through the development process introductions
• Perform product demos and orchestrate training for customers
• Ability to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to improve processes and products.
• Build and maintain partnerships across different LOBs and teams
• Work with external vendors to assess partnerships and maximize mutual opportunities
• Manage and update user training content
• Create, groom, maintain, and update current new Jira stories.
• Develop and manage the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Deliver monthly metrics such as vulnerabilities, EOL, and product incident counts
• Coordinate product testing, POC, UAT, and production rollout
• Work with change management and deployment teams to create and manage change requests
• Socialize upcoming changes with operations and support teams
• Be an expert with respect to alternative / competing products

 
Experience Requirements

• Experience working in a highly regulated financial institution preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in delivering projects with partners from different teams and lobs.
• Product Management Certification (preferred)
• Excellent partnership and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

 
Skills Requirements

• Strong understanding of product management discipline, including new product development, testing, and deployment
• Prior experience in a high-volume production environment
• Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills
• Excellent influencing and problem resolution skills
• Must have Jira experience
• Excellent relationship development and
• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
• Must have strong leadership skills and qualities that enable you to work with peers and various levels of management

 
Technology Skills

• Experience with Adobe, TechSmith, and Microsoft Information products
• Experience with software deployment processes and software lifecycle processes
• Nice to have experience in Email Classification tools, eg-: Fortra Data Classification Tool.
• Nice to have experience in Mainframe Midrange eg, Rocket Software Reflection Desktop.
• Proficient in working with large sets of data (Excel)
• Proficient in working with PowerPoint presentations.
• Familiarity with JIRA

 
The ideal candidate will have: Product Management experience, Experience with Adobe, TechSmith, Microsoft Information products

Pay Range*: $60 - $65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
