Pay Rate: $20/hour and hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Department Size: 100+ team members
Schedule:
• Training: Onsite for 2 weeks
• Hybrid: 3–4 days remote / 1–2 days in-office
Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for resolving accounts and keeping things organized? We're hiring four AR B2B Collectors to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This is a temporary opportunity with strong potential for extension—and even future roles for standout performers.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage Accounts Receivables and B2B accounts and drive timely collections
• Resolve billing issues and collaborate with internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up consistently
• Use Excel and ERP tools to track and report AR activity
What You Bring
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Solid Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
• Reliable attendance and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
