Packing & Crating Lead/Coordinator – Bilingual

Pay: $23–$25 per hour

 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (Flexibility required — workdays may extend until all tasks are completed.)

We are seeking a highly motivated Packing & Crating Lead/Coordinator with strong export packing experience. Responsibilities

• Lead packing and crating operations
• Coordinate daily workflow and team direction
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all packing processes
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with management and operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of packing coordinator experience
• Strong knowledge of general cargo packing and export packing types
• Ability to perform in a high-demand environment
• Proficient in general WMS systems
• Able to follow direction and execute expectations
• Leadership skills and ability to guide a team
• Ability to quote packing jobs or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills
• Motivated and dependable
• Good communication skills
• Punctual
