Key Responsibilities
Material Characterization & Hands-On Testing
1. Execute comprehensive material characterization tests using specialized mechanical testing equipment
2. Perform systematic stress-strain property extraction from thin layer materials used in battery products
3. Design and implement test protocols for mechanical test scenarios.
4. Identify and classify material properties that reveal performance characteristics and areas for improvement
5. Generate detailed test reports to capture overall material performance and reliability metrics
Data Collection & Analysis
1. Design, execute, and manage mechanical testing protocols that capture material behavior under real-world conditions
2. Collect, organize, and validate datasets
3. Analyze collected mechanical test data to surface patterns, anomalies, and performance insights
4. Create detailed documentation and reports that translate technical findings
