The Role

Part-Time Janitorial Position – Libraries in Irvine (Sat & Sun)We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Janitorial Technician to service two libraries in the City of Irvine. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Schedule: Saturdays & SundaysShift schedule is flexible: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM OR 9pm-5:30AMLocation: Two public library facilities in Irvine, CA

What You Will Do

• Clean (2) libraries in the City of Irvine 
• Perform cleaning duties, including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and general upkeep.
• Ensure each location is fresh, tidy, and ready for visitors the next day.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.

What It Takes To Be Successful

• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train you!
• Problem solving skills
• Time management skills
