Litigation Associate Attorneys

The Wilmington, Delaware office of Akerman LLP seeks Litigation Associates with 2 to 5 years of experience in business litigation. Experience litigating matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery is required, as well excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the Delaware State Bar. Hybrid and remote work arrangements are available.
