StartDate: 3/1/2026 Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call, 3 days a week preferred Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.8:15-4:45.

· Practice Setting: inpatient, outpatient, Telehealth

· Type of cases and required procedures: Primarily outpatient seeing approximately 16 patients

per day mix of new and established. Mix of hematology and oncology 

· Credentialing timeframe: 90-120

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

· Certifications required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support

· Licensure required: Illinois / Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
