2nd Shift Machine Operator- **MUST TRAIN ON 1ST**

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Start, stop, and operate various machines according to production specs, loading raw materials and unloading finished items.
• Monitoring & Quality Control: Observe machine functions, check gauges, inspect products for defects, and adjust settings for quality and efficiency.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs; report major issues to maintenance teams.
• Setup & Calibration: Prepare machines for operation by setting up or calibrating them as needed.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, company procedures, and maintain a clean work area.
• Documentation: Record production data, track material usage, and report performance issues.
