This role is ideal for self-starters who want flexibility, unlimited earning potential, and control over their schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in storm-affected neighborhoods

• Perform complimentary roof inspections for homeowners

• Safely climb ladders and access roofs to assess storm damage

• Educate homeowners on damage they may not see from the ground

• Document findings with photos and detailed assessments

• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process as their advocate

You’ll work with self-generated (cold) leads, and at times company-provided warm leads.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• 5% commission on company-provided leads

• 10% commission on self-generated leads

• Typical annual earnings range from $75,000–$250,000+, based on effort and performance

• No income caps or quotas

• Commission advances available during claim processing

• Commission-only position (no base salary)

• No roofing or insurance experience required — we train the right people

• Full onboarding and hands-on field training
