Part-Time Local Driver (Regular License)

ACERTUS is seeking Part-Time Local Drivers to safely transport passenger vehicles within the local area. We’re looking for reliable team members who deliver excellent customer service and represent ACERTUS professionally.

This position offers a Monday - Friday schedule with an 8:00 AM start time. Drivers work 3-4 days per week, averaging 20 - 29 hours (up to 29 hours weekly). Pay is $15 per hour, and a $250 - $500 referral bonus is available.

What We Require

• Must be 23 years of age or older

• Candidates 65+ must complete an additional insurance review and provide a physician’s letter of insurability

• Valid and current driver’s license

• Clean MVR

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check

• No smoking, vaping, tobacco use, eating, or drinking in customer vehicles or at service/delivery locations

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience

• Ability to operate a smartphone/device and basic applications

• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Willingness to drive in a variety of weather and road conditions

• Ability to travel up to 150 miles from the office

• Ability to get in/out of and safely operate a variety of vehicles (cars, vans, Sprinters, small box trucks, etc.)

• Experience with larger vehicles preferred but not required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of basic motor vehicle laws

• Professional appearance (clean collared shirt, clean pants/shorts, well-groomed)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Vehicle Deliveries: Deliver vehicles to customer homes or businesses, complete Electronic Condition Reports (ECRs), and return to the hub using a company-paid Uber or chase car.

• Vehicle Pickups: Retrieve customer vehicles and bring them back to the hub, also using a company-paid Uber or chase car for transport to pickup locations.

• Service Runs: Transport vehicles to service, repair, or detail appointments and return them to the hub when completed.

• Inventory & Inspections: Assist with lot inspections and inventory tasks as needed.

• Documentation: Present and submit electronic and hard-copy documents related to each vehicle.

• Light Cleaning: Perform minor interior/exterior clean-up such as vacuuming, removing items, courtesy washing, or plate installation/removal.

• Communication: Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and management.

• Must be willing and able to perform any of the above duties on any given day based on operational needs.

• Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.
