Are you ready to take the first step into a rewarding career in property management? AMLI Residential is looking for a Custodian to join our team at our 2 apartment communities.
This full-time position (40 hours/week, day shift) plays a key role in keeping our community beautiful, welcoming, and clean for our residents and guests.
What You'll Do:
You’ll help maintain the high standards of our community by:
Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy
Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep
Caring for the pool and related equipment
Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting
Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of work experience (experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!)
Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
A positive attitude and pride in your work!
