Seeking BE/BC Internists to join a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group in central Washington state.

Details:

• Full-time, outpatient position
• Four-day or 5-day schedule available
• Less than full-time can be negotiated
• Fully staffed Hospitalist teams
• Robust specialty support and labs on site
• Epic EMR
• Choose from two locations:
  • An established group of three Internists, Call is 1:4 phone call only
  • A progressive team of 11 Internists and 4 APPs; imaging on site as well; Call is 1:11 phone call only
• Ideal candidate will have concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Group one of 44 organizations identified by the AMA Joy of Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reducing burnout
• J1 visa candidates welcome

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• First-year pay range: $306k to $331k
• Signing Bonus
