We're seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to play a key role in growing and protecting our client base through consultative selling and relationship-driven service. This role focuses on personal lines and life insurance sales, with opportunities to expand into commercial, crop, and financial services as skills and interests grow. You will work in a supportive, hands-on environment with training, mentorship, and flexibility designed to help you succeed.
- Base Salary of $24,000 with expected first-year earnings of $50,000 to $75,000

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients through referrals, outreach, and community engagement
- Build insurance quotes and deliver professional sales presentations
- Close new business across personal lines and life insurance products
- Cross-sell additional products to meet evolving client needs
- Provide ongoing customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
