Position: BIM REVIT MODELER FOR SEMI-CONDUCTOR TOOLS

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Revit modeler to support our semi-conductor tool BIM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise 3D models of electrical system routing using Autodesk Revit©, adhering to strict project specifications for tool design. Where the installation site is in Chandler, Arizona, this role can be performed either in office there or in office in Hillsboro Oregon. Other BIM projects will evolve over time in both locations, but tool modeling will be the immediate and primary task for a year or more. Beyond modeling, it requires the ability to communicate effectively with both field and other trades’ design team, typically over Teams meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clash-free 3D model electric pathing using Autodesk Revit
• Ensure models comply with the customer specifications and conventions
• Generate dimensioned PDF construction and shop drawings from Revit models
• Navigate complicated file structures and documentation using SharePoint and ACC
• Participate daily in BIM coordination meetings, reconcile BIM with multiple trades/owners
• Walk the installation site with team to visualize real environment (if in AZ, not if in OR)
• Generate material take-offs and raceway/tray pathing data from model to Excel

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High proficiency as a Revit Modeler, particularly in the electrical trade
• Required skill in Navisworks Manage for clash detection, coordination and review
• Experience reading P&IDs, PMDs, IFC packages, one-lines and cut-sheets
• Robust organization, alert inspection, ability to manage multiple project start/stops
• Impeccable communication, problem-solving, teamwork and a sharp memory

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Bluebeam for shop drawings, field drawings and markups
• Familiarity with various AEC cloud collaboration platforms (BIM360, Procore, etc.)
