As the Innovation Intern for Summer of 2026 with Culver Franchising System, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience while learning how innovation projects come to life in a restaurant setting. This internship is designed to give you exposure to project management fundamentals and process improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, contribute to real-world testing, and help create tools and resources that make a meaningful impact across our system while building practical skills for your future career.
Internship Responsibilities Include:
- Build training guide style materials to support Innovation in-restaurant testing efforts
- Participate on the CAMP (Campaign And Menu Planning) team to help manage Menu item shakedowns and tests, including restaurant communications, facilitating operator surveys, and summarizing results
- Work with digital menu team to help develop a test plan with locations that include measurable goals
- Set up and use existing PowerBI tools to manage digital menu board content testing and report on results
- Report on results of drive thru timer impact in restaurants where it has been implemented
- Support systemwide reporting for a project focused on kitchen order tickets changes
- Build PowerPoint presentation slides to report on current projects and priorities
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Project Management, Hospitality, or other related program; Juniors and Seniors preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including PowerBI, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Restaurant experience is a plus (especially Culver’s!)
Starting Pay Range: Starting at $17.00 per hour
This is a full-time, paid, 12-week summer internship at our Support Center in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin right on the Wisconsin River, just a short drive from Madison!
