Key Responsibilities
\n• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies
\n• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition
\n• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
\n• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
\n• Educate patients and families while promoting positive outcomes and patient satisfaction
\n• Accurately document care using EPIC electronic medical records
\n\n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Active RN License (Delaware or Compact) \n
- BLS Certification (Required) \n
- ACLS must be obtained within 12 months of employment \n
- Previous RN experience preferred \n
- Specialty-specific experience preferred for procedural and critical care areas \n
