• Assignment Type: Travel RN contract\n

• End Date: April 21, 2026\n
• Duration: 13-week nursing contract\n
• Shift: 5x8-Hour Days (06:30 - 15:00), Monday–Friday\n
• Hours per Week: 40\n
• On-Call: 8 days per contract, including a 3-day weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)\n
• Floating: Required within surgical services and may assist other departments\n
• Scrub Color: Any color (OR scrubs provided)\n
• Charting: Epic EMR\n
• Parking: Free on-site\n

\n\nOperating Room RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience (critical access hospital experience preferred)\n
• Active Montana or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)\n
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS\n
• Proficiency with Epic charting system\n
• Ability to circulate C-sections (required)\n
• Comprehensive experience in surgical services, following patients from pre-op to discharge\n
• Experience with General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT, Endoscopy, and Dental surgical procedures\n
• Two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years\n
• Prepared to float within the facility as needed\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care: pre-op, intra-op, and post-op (PACU, Endo, Circulator)\n
• Circulate and assist in a wide range of surgical procedures, including mandatory C-sections\n
• Monitor and assess patients throughout the surgical process to ensure safety and quality care\n
• Administer medications, blood products, and conscious sedation as needed\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams: physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and social services\n
• Float within surgical services and assist other hospital departments as required\n
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays\n
• Follow infection control, fire safety, and universal protocol procedures\n
