JOB DESCRIPTIONIn the capacity of Project Manager, you will spearhead the planning, design, permitting, and oversight of construction administration for civil engineering projects related to water and wastewater infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating plans, specifications, cost estimates, and budgets for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities.
- Employing engineering design software to produce plans, drawings, and models that meet project specifications.
- Leading engineering design projects from inception to completion.
- Conducting meetings with client board members and delivering monthly updates on project progress.
- Overseeing construction progress and providing on-site support and monitoring.
- Handling construction administration duties, including reviewing submittals and RFIs, assessing progress payments, and ensuring compliance.
- Evaluating water/wastewater facilities for adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, and suggesting improvement options.
- Interacting with community members, government representatives, and stakeholders to communicate project objectives and gather feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering (or an equivalent ABET-accredited program)
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in civil engineering design and construction; experience in water/wastewater projects is preferred
- Experience in managing tasks or projects
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) designation is required
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred or must be obtained post-hire
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Proficiency in engineering design software, such as Civil 3D
- Familiarity with hydraulic modeling software
- Understanding of engineering planning studies
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
