Responsibilities

• Prepare, fry, and decorate donuts to order with accuracy and speed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with preparing glazes, icings, and toppings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
• Support team members in all areas of the shop as needed

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude

• Requires good verbal communication skills. Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Professional appearance
• Must be able to adhere to uniform standards, primarily keeping hands tidy and neat; keeping hair back and wearing Duck Donuts cap at all times; khaki or denim pants and Duck Donuts T-Shirt
• Friendly and welcoming attitude
• Must work well with others
• Must be willing to complete ServSafe Food Certificate and Duck Donuts training
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Must be able to excel in a fast paced and stressful environment
